Parenting style differ on the basis of individual needs:- Parenting is a lifelong job and does not stop when a child grows up. Upbringing of a child is fully depending on the parenting style. Parenting plays a major role in both (internal and external) development of the child. Emotion, self –esteem, confidence, physical development of a child depends on different parenting style of the parents.

Eventually parenting style of an adult depends on so many aspects. It depends on child’s temperament and other environmental factor (social, emotional, economical) etc. In fact, I and my friend Varsha have different life experiences with our kids. She is mother of two children (sons) and I am the mother of single child (daughter). In her case she has to apply different parenting technique with both the kids. Because with the other affecting factors birth order has its own impact in child’s growth and development. Each child is different and must be dealt with on an individual basis. Whenever we are applying some methods it might be not perfect but the best one for them.

It is easy to say but difficult to apply. Probably parenting is one of difficult job but most rewarding job. If parents can manage to give proper nurture, independence and firm control then the child can have bright future. Comparison itself is a bad practice either it is for parenting or for kids. We know our kids better; we can handle them better not by comparing but by following basic ethics of parenting.
